Childcare Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate English Childcare Teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons, foster a nurturing environment, and support young children's development in a collaborative early childhood education setting. Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate English language lessons and activities for preschool children to enhance learning outcomes. Create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and creativity among children. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration to support holistic development. Assess and monitor children's progress and development regularly, providing constructive feedback to parents to guide learning. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to established health and safety guidelines and protocols. Participate actively in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Required competencies and certifications Hold early childhood certifications such as a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Care and Education, or Certificate in Early Childhood Education. Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience working in a childcare setting is preferred but not required.
