Facility Services Specialist

Assist in building facilities preventive and ad-hoc maintenance & cleaning works; Conduct periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the building; Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g. electrical, sanitary, servicing to electrical and plumbing defects, painting work, building / estate repair works & etc.); Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors; Manage service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to site manager; Able to perform simple troubleshoot issues Attend to breakdown of building client service calls Preparation of reports and administration at the project site. Other duties as assigned Requirements: Relevant working experience in operations Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel) Able to interact with people and a good team player
