About this role

The Student Care Facilitator provides care and support to students in an inclusive and caring environment. He/She offers guidance to students with their homework, is responsible for their safety and well-being at all times, and uses positive behavior techniques to reinforce good behaviours. The Student Care Facilitator will adopt the Positive Behaviour Intervention System (PBIS) for overall student and classroom management. To support the holistic development of the students at the centre, He/She will deliver Canossian Care Curriculum lessons to the students. He/She is a good role model for the students and actively imparts good habits and social skills to our students. Responsibilities: Classroom management and Scheduling of daily class activities Setting routines and expectations Managing student behaviours Collaboration with various stakeholders (teachers and colleagues) Does attendance taking, health and safety checks, closing duties Prepares classroom resources Takes data and enters information on student behaviours and needs Requirements: Passion to work with children Has good time management skills, organised and structured Has initiative, and is adaptable Team player MS office skills least 2 years of (Good to have) Student care teaching experience in Singapore
