🌟 Area Sales Manager (Beauty & Wellness) 📍 Singapore | 💼 Permanent We're looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead multiple beauty & wellness outlets, drive sales performance, and develop high-performing retail teams. What You'll Do Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across multiple outlets. Coach and mentor Centre Managers to improve sales, productivity and customer experience. Analyse sales performance, KPIs and forecasts to maximise business opportunities. Ensure operational excellence, inventory control and compliance with SOPs. Partner with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and events. Develop and retain high-performing teams through coaching and succession planning. What We're Looking For 5-8 years' experience in retail operations, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness or salon industry. Strong track record in multi-outlet sales management and team leadership. Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
