Join an established music education group with centres islandwide across Singapore!🎵🎵 We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Customer Experience Officer to support daily centre operations, engage with students and parents, and drive enrolment growth through excellent customer service and soft-selling skills. Key Responsibilities Provide warm and professional front-desk customer service to students, parents, and walk-in enquiries Handle course enquiries, class registrations, scheduling, and payments Build strong relationships with parents and students to enhance customer experience and retention Recommend suitable music programmes and support enrolment conversions Support daily centre operations and administrative duties Coordinate lesson schedules, teacher arrangements, and classroom utilisation Assist in centre events, performances, workshops, and promotional activities Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally Requirements Minimum GCE N/O Level, Diploma, or equivalent Prior experience in customer service, retail, education, enrichment, or sales environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with children, parents, and students Service-oriented with good sales and customer engagement skills Able to work on both weekends Willing to work at different centres across Singapore when required Preferred Qualities Cheerful, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Passion for music, education, or enrichment industry Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Benefits ✨ Attractive salary + incentives ✨ Career progression opportunities ✨ Training and mentorship provided ✨ Dynamic and supportive working environment ✨ Opportunity to work with an established music education brand ✨ We value every application, but only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
