We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality to accelerate market growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our channel ecosystem. What You'll Be Doing Drive business growth for a portfolio of Compute & AI solutions through channel partners, distributors, resellers, and system integrators. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within enterprise accounts and the partner ecosystem. Build and execute channel go-to-market strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets. Recruit, enable, and grow strategic partners through joint business planning, partner development, and sales enablement initiatives. Collaborate closely with vendor, technical, and pre-sales teams to deliver value-driven solutions that address customer business challenges. Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities, and consistently achieve sales KPIs. Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and data centre technologies to identify emerging growth opportunities. What We're Looking For 3–5 years of successful experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, or Partner Management within enterprise IT, Compute, AI, cloud, infrastructure, or data centre solutions. Proven ability to generate new business and consistently exceed sales targets. Established relationships with channel partners, resellers, distributors, system integrators, or enterprise customers. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive self-starter with a hunter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
