What You'll Do Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offers and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning, hiring strategies, and market salary benchmarking. Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Support employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and first-level HR enquiries. Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and compliance with MOM regulations. Maintain HR records and support day-to-day HR operations and initiatives. What We're Looking For Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline. 2–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or HR. Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and Work Pass processes.
