Business Development Manager, Compute & AI

Role Summary We're looking for an ambitious business development manager to drive channel sales, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate growth in our compute & AI solutions portfolio. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on opening doors, closing deals, and winning new business. What You'll Do Develop and grow channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to drive revenue. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the Compute & AI space. Build and execute channel sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. Engage partners through enablement, joint business planning, and pipeline development. Work closely with technical and vendor teams to deliver winning solutions. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve KPIs. What We're Looking For Proven track record in channel sales or business development within IT infrastructure, enterprise technology, AI, cloud, or data centre solutions. Strong network with channel partners, resellers, distributors, or system integrators. A true hunter mindset with a passion for acquiring new business. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Self-driven, commercially astute, and results-oriented.
