Key Responsibilities Develop and execute engaging content and social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement. Manage website content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a seamless customer experience. Create compelling photo, video, and written content that educates, inspires, and showcases treatment results. Plan and execute PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and strategic brand partnerships. Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive enquiries, bookings, and customer loyalty. Monitor campaign performance, audience insights, and market trends to optimise content effectiveness. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field. Preferably exposure/experience in beauty/skin-care or related field 3-5 years' experience in content marketing, social media, brand marketing, or PR. Strong copywriting, content creation, and social media management skills. Experience working with influencers, KOLs, media, or brand collaborations.
