Mechanical Engineer / Senior Engineer

Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities: Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfil requirements Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement) Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs Creating plans and designs using CAD technology Evaluates final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project Writing technical documentation for machine operators Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team Liaison with vendors on finalization of modules Responsible for mechanical documentation Requirements: Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) Experience working in the mechanical engineering field Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs Ability to run simulations and analyse test data Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail About 2 years field technical experience in Semiconductor environment. Other industrial with good equipment knowledge is welcome Experience in troubleshooting of PC base fully automatic equipment in semiconductor and other industrial Good knowledge on equipment control and troubleshooting method/skill. Good knowledge in die bonder application and process will be an advantage.
