JD – Recruitment Consultant + BD 1. Sales: Client mapping, Benchmark and market analyses. Developed and implemented sales action plan in the APAC region for Energy, Industry,Renewable, Oil & Gas etc. clients. Assist with preparing tender offer and answering to client tender. Generate target prospect list, then identify potential leads and subsequently qualify them through phone and face-to-face meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Participate in client meetings and present potential candidates 2. Recruitment Sourcing candidates directly or indirectly on different databases, job boards and networking. Sourcing multisector professionals (Energy, Industry, Renewable, Oil & Gas etc.) Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Gather feedback from clients and candidates to adjust selection criteria if necessary. Negotiate salary rates and finalise arrangements between client and candidates prior to onboarding. 3. Client Relationship Development: Collaboration with your team to understand specific client recruitment needs Collaboration with the different group entity worldwide and propose different communication strategies. 4. Other: Stay updated on market trends and developments in the employment industry to remain knowledgeable about best recruitment practices. Attend exhibitions within the region with your manager if needed Support the group social Media Effort.
