Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, business stakeholders, and candidates to deliver a seamless recruitment experience from interview scheduling through to offer stage Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and support Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and geographies, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience for all participants Manage interview logistics end-to-end, including calendar coordination, confirmations, reschedules, and follow-ups Maintain organised and accurate records of all recruitment activities in recruiting systems, upholding high standards of detail and responsiveness Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or process challenges in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Word format and attention it to Rachel Yeo (R22104385).
