Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and enhance scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role will focus on delivering high quality applications, leveraging modern development practices and AI driven tools. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions Build and maintain code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Configure platform features such as objects, flows, validation rules, and reports Use AI tools to improve development productivity, automate tasks, and enhance code quality Identify opportunities to embed AI across development, testing, debugging, and optimization Translate business requirements into technical solutions Develop integrations, data migrations, and automation workflows Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across frontend and backend Ensure application performance, scalability, and security Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Requirements 4 or more years of Salesforce development experience (SDLC) Strong hands on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models Experience with Cloud (value add) Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and integration patterns Understanding of asynchronous processing such as Batch, Queueable, and Future methods Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices Exposure to AI assisted development tools or understanding of AI concepts Knowledge of secure coding and platform security practices Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
