Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Subject Matter Expert to join our Corporate Banking Technology team, focusing on Salesforce CRM (Financial Services Cloud). You will design, implement, and enhance CRM solutions to support business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant Salesforce solutions in a dynamic banking environment. Responsibilities Analyse business requirements and design technology solutions for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Tableau BI dashboards to meet corporate banking needs Provide expert guidance on Salesforce CRM technologies and related solutions to support business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and integrate Salesforce with existing banking systems Review and optimise Salesforce workflows and processes to increase operational efficiency and support risk management practices Deliver technical support and guidance to internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective system operation Conduct training sessions to enable stakeholders to use Salesforce and Tableau systems effectively Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting CRM systems and financial services to ensure compliance Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and technology teams to align system requirements and solutions Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support to maintain system reliability Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain appropriate security controls within Salesforce solutions Required competencies and certifications Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud…
