Senior Backend Engineer (Java)

About the Role We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to build and scale high-performance systems in domains such as eCommerce and financial services . You’ll work on modern microservices architectures , contribute across the SDLC, and solve real-world problems impacting production systems at scale. What You’ll Be Doing Design and build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures Write clean, testable code with a focus on quality and maintainability Contribute to automated testing (unit & integration) Collaborate in an Agile team environment Troubleshoot and improve live systems to ensure reliability What We’re Looking For ~ 3–7 years of backend development experience Strong foundation in Java and object-oriented design Experience with Spring Boot or similar frameworks Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and SQL databases Exposure to CI/CD, testing frameworks, and code quality tools Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively Good to have Experience with tools like JUnit, Mockito, Jenkins, SonarQube Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., MQ/Kafka) Exposure to cloud or container platforms Experience in banking or eCommerce systems Why Join Us?
