Roles & Responsibilities Campaign & Sales Growth Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotional activities, pricing strategies, vouchers, bundles and new product launches to drive sales growth. Collaborate with marketplace Account Managers, Relationship Managers, livestream hosts and KOLs to maximise campaign performance and business opportunities. Identify new growth opportunities and implement initiatives that strengthen KDK's market leadership. Performance & Analytics Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and actionable insights. Achieve assigned sales KPIs through continuous optimisation of store performance and customer experience. Stay updated on marketplace trends, platform features and competitor activities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Daily Operations & Order Management Manage the day-to-day operations of KDK's eCommerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing and promotional content across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop & more. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment while resolving order-related issues such as cancellations, returns and exchanges. Maintain a seamless online shopping experience by ensuring operational excellence across all platforms. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock allocation to ensure product availability during daily operations, campaigns and mega sale events. Analyse inventory movement and recommend actions to optimise stock performance while minimising out-of-stock situations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, organised and results-driven. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an added advantage. 5days work week / bonus / annual leave / medical benefit
