Key duties include driving recruitment, managing the full employee lifecycle formalities, handling HR operations and compliance according to Singapore laws, and supporting global HR projects.
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of generalist HR experience with an in-depth understanding of Singapore Employment laws, including MOM work pass matters. A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required, along with proficiency in MS Office 365 and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
