Business Development Executive(West, 5 Days Work)

Our clients are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our packaging solutions across key markets. Responsibilities • Explore potential new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers • Develop and establish sales strategies to expand market share • Planning of sales visit to the customer to address the customer’s needs • Preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and attending to customers’ enquiries • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to illustrate product features and benefits to existing and prospective clients • Follow up sales leads and complete the sales process for existing and new customers • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, including delivery schedules, installation arrangements, and project documentation • Monitor and follow up on customer payments Requirements • Minimum Diploma in any Engineering / Business field from any recognized institution • At least 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in engineering or industrial packaging industries • Self-motivated and able to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision • Cheerful. pleasant personality, well organized, with good interpersonal skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships • Able to start immediately / Technical background will be a plus Perk & Benefits • Competitive salary + commission + AWS • 5-day work week• Medical benefits • Professional development and training • Supportive team culture and collaborative environment **We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
