RF Engineer, Maintenance (4G/Lte) (Telco/ East/ Permanent Role)

Telecommunications Industry | Full-Time | East Location We are seeking a hands-on Radio Frequency Associate Engineer to support the maintenance, rollout, and optimization of mission-critical wireless communication networks. This role involves site deployment, network troubleshooting, project coordination, and preventive maintenance of LTE and RF infrastructure. Responsibility: Support 4G site rollout activities including site survey, design, testing, commissioning, and optimization. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for LTE base stations, RF equipment, and antenna systems. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and support service improvements. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, building owners, and relevant authorities for site works and reinstatement activities. Participate in standby duties and provide support during major events and urgent operational incidents. Prepare technical reports and presentations, and manage spare parts and inventory. Support technical evaluations, equipment sourcing, costing, and solution proposals. Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Working experience in maintaining LTE mobile networks. Knowledge of 4G radio technologies, RF systems, and antenna infrastructure. Basic project coordination or project management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable working at rooftops, tunnels, offshore locations, construction sites, and other outdoor environments. Willing to perform standby duties, including after office hours, weekends, and public holidays. A valid Class 3 driving license is required. Company vehicle will be provided for use during site visits.
