Manage contracting processes and vendor costs, ensuring agreements align with business focus, budgets, and regulatory standards. Track and analyze vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvements and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor management practices with business objectives and provide detailed reports on vendor performance and risks to senior management. Requirements Degree in Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in IT vendor management or procurement. Strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to IT vendor management and experience managing vendor performance and dispute resolution. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess vendor performance, develop improvement plans, and proactively manage risks.
