Warehouse Assistant

Company Overview Cariflex is a global leader in isoprene rubber latex and synthetic rubbers for medical and high-value markets. Job Summary You will manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting stock audits using SAP and warehouse management systems. Responsibilities Receive, check, and store incoming goods accurately against purchase and delivery orders Support daily collection and issuing of items to respective work owners Operate SAP proficiently to execute material management transactions and update goods issue/receipt records Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy Sort, label, and store products in designated locations efficiently Organize inventory and stock shelves as needed to maintain orderliness Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and coordinate forklift maintenance Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor Preferred competencies and qualifications Forklift license and experience operating forklifts (preferred to enhance operational capability) NITEC, GCE ‘O’ Level, ITE, or Diploma in Logistics/Warehouse with at least 3 years relevant warehouse experience Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and computer data entry skills Strong teamwork and communication skills
