IT Manager Join Caritas Singapore, the social and community arm of the Catholic Church, in serving those in need. We are an umbrella body for over 20 Catholic charities and a member of Caritas Internationalis. Caritas Singapore is looking for an IT Manager to oversee IT strategy, governance, systems delivery, and compliance. This role ensures all IT systems are secure, audit-ready, and aligned with organizational goals, while managing vendors and optimizing enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and AWS. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and governance frameworks in partnership with leadership and stakeholders Oversee delivery of IT systems and projects, ensuring alignment with organisational and regulatory requirements Lead IT policy, SOP development, and audit-ready documentation Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers across the full system lifecycle Ensure data security, privacy, access controls, and compliance (e.g., PDPA) Monitor and support audit processes, risk management, and remediation efforts Drive system adoption, user training, and change management initiatives Manage IT budget, procurement, and cost control Optimise enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and/or AWS Requirements Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in IT management, governance, or enterprise systems Experience with at least one of: Microsoft 365, Salesforce, AWS Strong background in IT governance, security, compliance, and vendor management Experience in nonprofit or regulated environments is an advantage Preferred Certifications ITIL, Microsoft/Azure, Salesforce, AWS, or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to hr@caritas-singapore.org by 31 August 2026.
