Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's client portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities and emerging market needs. Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships. Meet with clients to understand their objectives, event requirements, budgets, and expectations. Develop and present creative event concepts, proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations tailored to client needs. Prepare and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and business development reports to support management decision-making. Collaborate closely with project, creative, operations, and production teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and commercially viable. Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and project handovers upon successful award of projects. Achieve individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth objectives. Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, proposals, and project status in line with company SOPs guideline. Support marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotional activities that enhance brand awareness and generate business opportunities. Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within the events, exhibitions, marketing, or related industries. • Proven track record in generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. • Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows, conferences, product launches, or experiential marketing projects will be an advantage. • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Confident in conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and delivering sales presentations. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. • Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms to enhance productivity, proposal development, and business processes. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and Canva. •Possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for the events and experiential industry.
