Head of Events (Hong Kong)

The Events Director will proactively source sales opportunities, build client relationships, and develop marketing strategies to drive event sales for high-calibre restaurants. This includes coordinating all aspects of event execution, from menu planning and pricing to seamless communication with culinary and service teams. The ideal candidate must possess over five years of events sales experience, preferably within fine dining or luxury hotels, coupled with extensive knowledge of F&B and service standards. Essential requirements include exceptional communication, negotiation skills, a self-starter disposition, and fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
