The company is seeking a Marketing Manager to support its business growth by developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that promote sustainable aquaculture products, enhance brand visibility, and expand market presence. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with clients and partners, analyzing market trends, and executing campaigns that effectively communicate the company’s commitment to quality and sustainability in the aquaculture sector. Specific Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote aquaculture products and strengthen brand presence in local and international markets. 2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and support strategic decision-making. 3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, trade channels, and industry events to increase brand visibility. 4. Manage the company’s online presence, including social media, website content, and promotional materials. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, buyers, and key industry stakeholders. 6. Coordinate with sales, production, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business capacity and supply. 7. Identify and develop new market segments to expand customer base and increase revenue streams. 8. Prepare marketing performance reports, forecasts, and insights for management review and planning. Technical Skills and Competencies 1. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding strategies, and market positioning within the agriculture or aquaculture industry. 2. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising. 3. Ability to conduct market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic planning. 4. Competence in developing and managing marketing campaigns across both B2B and B2C channels. 5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales tracking tools. 6. Skills in content creation, copywriting, and promotional material development for product marketing. 7. Strong analytical and reporting skills to evaluate campaign performance and market trends. 8.
