Cook (Pizza/Pasta)

Casa Vostra is a premium quick-serving Italian restaurant known for quality ingredients, bold flavours, and a lively dining experience. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced, and high-volume environment , and who has experience in Italian cuisine , particularly pizza and/or pasta . Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook Italian dishes, with a focus on pasta and/or pizza Assist in running assigned kitchen stations during service Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation according to Casa Vostra standards Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining speed and accuracy Carry out mise en place and daily kitchen preparation Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in compliance with NEA regulations Assist with stock handling, food storage, and minimising wastage Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience as a cook or similar kitchen role Ability to perform well in a high-volume, quick-service restaurant environment Basic understanding of kitchen operations and workflow Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in Singapore Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented Preferred Attributes Experience in premium casual or quick-service restaurant concepts Passion for Italian food and kitchen operations Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service periods Willingness to learn and grow What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a growing brand such as Casa Vostra Fun, energetic, and supportive kitchen environment 5 Days 44 Hours work week Career growth opportunities within the Casa Vostra brand
