Qaqc Technician

Business unit: Development and manufacturing Division: QAQC Technician Department: Quality Management 1. Purpose of job The purpose of the QAQC Technician job is to assist the Company with the quality assurance activities on a daily basis. 2. Subordination 1.1. Working in a team to perform incoming (cement, sand, chemicals used for production, in-process and outgoing materials inspection activities according to the inspection procedures and plans to ensure compliance to ISO and in-house standards. 1.2. To follow quality testing/assurance policies and procedures of the Company. 1.3. To maintain laboratory premises and equipment in accordance with the Company’s practices. 1.4. Ensuring lab standards, safety and QA/QC procedures are adhered to and maintained. 1.5. Participate in continuous improvement of testing quality. 1.6. File & maintain product inspection records. 1.7. Perform 5S and laboratory housekeeping. 1.8. Perform all other duties as assigned by Superior. 4. Education and experience 4.1. Diploma or National ITE Certificate (NITEC) in a technical field of study. Lower education level may also be considered. 4.2. 1-3 years working experience as a technician or production worker. 4.3. Responsible, attentive to details, hardworking, team player, positive attitude
