Senior Technical Marketing Manager Role Overview We are expanding our activities in North America and are looking for a Senior Technical Marketing Manager to expand our network of licensed pre-cast manufacturers throughout the area. UHPC is rapidly replacing traditional pre-cast concrete solutions while reducing the amount of material used resulting in lighter, more durable concrete elements. Individual pre-cast manufacturer will produce lighter elements increasing their geographic market reach by up to 100% while staying cost competitive. Responsibilities Manage ceEntek's network of already licensed pre-cast manufacturers and steadily grow the North-America wide network Manage ceEntek’s product lines and develop expertise on our products and applications Develop a technical mastery of pre-cast applications, products, additives used, and manufacturing methods employed Participate in strategic account reviews and provide customized technical recommendations and ideas for growth based on this mastery/li> Develop and provide product / market / application training to customers and sales team as needed Support ad-hoc sales requests including customer travel, presentations, project investigations, etc Be the technical face of ceEntek within industry trade conferences Requirements Bachelor’s or Master's Degree, preferably in business, material science, or engineering At least 5 years of work experience in senior level Sales and Marketing roles A solid technical background in concrete, preferably UHPC, or pre-cast technology is considered an asset Knowledge of cementitious materials, additives, and formulations Deep understanding of UHPC products and applications Expertise in project management Expertise in analysis, wholistic thinking, and systematic problem-solving The highest of ethical standards and personal integrity Well-developed organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Effective interpersonal skills, including listening and communication skills An objective, strong, and reasonable approach to dealing with others A versatile multitasker who can respond to shifting priorities with minimal support from manager A collaborative team player who can also take ownership of tasks and work independently Application Process All interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CV/Cover Letter to hr@centek.com .
