Operation Executive

Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive/ Commercial Operations Executive to act as the central coordination point between Sales, Production, Supply Chain and Logistics teams. This role is critical in ensuring seamless order fulfilment from the moment an order is received to final delivery by facilitating clear communication, resolving cross-departmental bottlenecks, and keeping all stakeholders aligned on timelines and priorities. Key Responsibilities Order Coordination & Cross-Functional Communication • Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure smooth order processing from order intake to delivery. • Track order status across all stages and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to relevant stakeholders. • Ensure order requirements from Sales are clearly translated and communicated to Production and Supply Chain teams. Production & Supply Chain Alignment • Coordinate with Production to confirm manufacturing schedules, capacity, and delivery timelines align with sales commitments. • Work with Supply Chain to ensure timely availability of raw materials/components needed for production. • Flag and help resolve any supply shortages or production delays that could impact delivery timelines. Logistics & Delivery Management • Coordinate with Logistics teams to arrange timely shipment and delivery of finished goods. • Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delivery issues or delays. Process Monitoring & Problem-Solving • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the order-to-delivery process and propose solutions. • Maintain and update trackers reflecting order status across departments. • Escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner. Reporting • Prepare regular reports on order fulfillment status, delays etc. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline cross-department workflows. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business or a related field. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience inoperations, supply chain, logistics or a related coordination role is a plusbut not required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortableliaising with multiple departments. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines. • Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus. • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, “get things done”attitude. • Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working in afast-paced, cross-functional environment.
