#Eastern Part of Singapore #Salary up to S$3100 per month # 5.5days Work Week, Alternate Saturdays A global logistics and freight forwarding company providing integrated air, sea, and supply chain solutions through an extensive international network, delivering reliable and customer-focused logistics services worldwide is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team! Job Responsibilities: Coordinate import shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Liaise with overseas offices, business partners and supervisors regularly on operational matters. Prepare and process import/export documentation, including invoices, delivery orders, shipment reports, and related documents. Maintain accurate shipment records and filing systems Handle customs declarations and permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with terminals and airlines on cargo clearance and survey arrangements when required. Prepare monthly operational reports according to customer requirements. Provide general administrative and operational support, and perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum 1-year relevant experience in airfreight import operations. Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent. Strong customer-oriented mindset.
