Accounts Executive

Responsibilities Handle a partial set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and monthly closing processes. Prepare journal entries, maintain the fixed asset register, review/monitor prepayments, accruals and intercompany transactions. Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports for assigned entities, including bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules. Monitor and report of daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available. Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of revenue and expenses. Manage year-end audit processes and tax computations. Prepare quarterly GST returns. Opportunity to grow professionally and take on increased responsibilities that align with capabilities. Assist in ad-hoc projects and new assignments when assigned. Requirements Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Meticulous, committed and possesses good communications skills. Able to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines. Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage. Willing to travel for occasional business trips.
