Accounts Executive (2-Year Renewable Contract), $4,500

Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,500 per month (commensurate with experience) Location: Loyang (East) 2-Year Renewable Contract Key Responsibilities Handle assigned accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Bank & Cash Management, GST, Inventory, and Financial Reporting. Process accounting transactions accurately using the ERP system. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare bank reconciliations, POS reconciliations, and other account reconciliations. Process vendor invoices and respond to accounting-related enquiries. Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audits. Assist with GST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Participate in fixed asset verification and inventory stock counts when required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Relevant accounting experience in AP, AR, GL, or month-end closing is preferred. Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
