As a Housing Monetisation Executive, you will support the end-to-end operations of key home monetisation schemes, including the Lease Buyback Scheme and Silver Housing Bonus, empowering senior Singaporeans to enhance their retirement plans. In this role, you will: Support Senior Officers and Managers in managing the end-to-end operations of home monetisation schemes, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate service delivery to CPF members, including processing applications, maintaining documentation standards, and preparing operational reports and progress updates. Address and resolve member enquiries, providing clear and accurate guidance on scheme details to foster effective communication and a positive member experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, departments, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of all scheme-related activities, maintaining alignment with organisational goals and policies. Review and implement process enhancements where applicable to optimise workflow and service delivery. Provide support to supervisors on projects and take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and administrative responsibilities as required. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. Relevant experience in housing schemes administration, service operations, or a related field. Experience in case management, application processing, or operational support roles. Familiarity with home monetisation schemes such as the Lease Buyback Scheme or Silver Housing Bonus will be an advantage. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and the ability to identify and implement workflow enhancements. Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking. Works independently and manages priorities effectively. Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs.
