Project Manager

Job Summary Lead the successful implementation and completion of construction projects by managing schedules, costs, quality, and stakeholder coordination while guiding a team to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance. Responsibilities Manage project execution to meet scheduled cost, time, and quality targets Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project completion Prepare, review, and submit detailed programmes, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans Conduct regular safety meetings with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain site safety standards Lead and support a team of professional and technical staff in planning and executing daily operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering; Singapore PE Board recognized degree preferred Minimum 10 years’ experience managing high-rise building projects and/or completing a full cycle HDB BTO or warehouse project Demonstrated dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach with a proven construction industry track record Strong technical competence and good interpersonal skills with a collaborative “can-do” attitude
