Assistant Engineer (Mechanical)

The Role: Oversee planning, execution, and supervision of facilities management and operations Lead and manage term contractors, technical officers, and technicians in maintenance activities Troubleshoot and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure engineering requirements are met effectively Monitor and control project costs while maintaining service quality standards Ensure proper documentation and compliance with operational procedures Provide technical solutions and support for site operations Maintain high standards of safety and efficiency in all engineering tasks Support project site manager in daily operations and reporting Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team What Are We Looking For? Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or similar field Strong leadership and ability to manage operations independently Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Team-oriented with a proactive and resourceful mindset Capable of handling multiple assignments with ownership Familiarity with engineering documentation and project coordination Able to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
