Qaqc Engineer

Responsibilities Prepare project-specific procedures, quality plans, and conduct QA/QC audits to ensure compliance with company and client standards. Review and evaluate inspection reports and test results against customer specifications and quality requirements. Supervise QA/QC inspectors during inspection activities to maintain quality assurance standards. Prepare QA/QC-related documentation for tender and bidding submissions. Participate in progress review meetings with clients to provide updates on QA/QC matters and address any concerns. Liaise with senior management and clients on quality-related issues and facilitate timely resolution. Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Manual and quality management procedures. Ensure all project activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain proper records of inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. Requirements Diploma or equivalent recognised qualification in Quality Assurance and Quality Control or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar QA/QC role, preferably in the marine, engineering, or process industry. Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Possess strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
