Business & Operations Executive

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Business & Operations Executive to support the growth and development of our services. This role plays a key part in building a strong operational foundation while driving business expansion within a healthcare/wellness setting. If you are commercially minded, operationally strong, and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, this could be a great opportunity to grow into a broader business development role. Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution Provide on-ground support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the initial phase Ensure a high standard of service delivery and patient experience across the programme Prepare regular updates and reports on programme progress and key milestones to management Business Development & Growth Support the development of referral pathways, partnerships and initiatives to drive patient volume Collaborate with internal teams on outreach, campaigns and growth initiatives Identify opportunities to expand services and improve programme positioning within the market Projects & Expansion Contribute to strategic and operational projects across the organisation Grow into a wider Business Development role, supporting expansion plans Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields 1–3 years of experience in business development, leasing, real estate, or expansion roles (healthcare/retail preferred) Experience in site sourcing, lease negotiation, or clinic setup is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with strong project management abilities Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
