Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking T rainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that support organizational growth. Job Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and evaluate training programs for frontline staff, including new hire orientation, boot camps, and internship training (conducted in-house or externally). Deliver training sessions in key areas such as on-the-job skills, software and system usage, interpersonal communication, process improvement, and product knowledge. Develop or select appropriate training materials and tools, including manuals, visual aids, multimedia content, and computer-based tutorials. Continuously research and apply new training methodologies to enhance learning effectiveness. Monitor and report on trainee progress throughout the training period. Identify and report any inconsistencies between standard operating procedures (SOPs) and actual practices observed during training. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date training records for all employees. Facilitate engaging classroom, hands-on (HFS), and virtual training sessions tailored to a range of learners. Integrate AI tools and technologies (e.g., chatbots, adaptive learning platforms, content personalization) into training delivery and assessment. Collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholdersto align training programs with organizational goals and operational needs. Perform any other duties or ad hoc assignmentsas required by the management. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline 3 to 4 years’ experience as a trainer in healthcare or service-oriented industry. Require travelling to different clinics on daily basis as and when required for on-job-training Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill. Knowledge and understanding of various teaching methods and approaches. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work within deadlines. Added Advantages: ACLP certification (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance). Familiarity with ADDIE model for instructional design. Experience conducting Hands-on Skills Training (HFS) . Knowledge of AI applications in training (e.g., personalized learning paths, learning analytics, AI-driven assessments).
