Role Summary The Client Advisor Support is responsible for providing support to Private Wealth (PW) in delivering exceptional wealth management services to high-net-worth clients. The Client Advisor Support is responsible for client servicing, account maintenance, onboarding, portfolio administration, trade execution support, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management &Execution Support Support Client Advisors in servicing existing clients and managing day‑to‑day client needs Assist with client onboarding processes, including KYC and documentation · Support trade execution processes and follow up on trade-related matters with clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure timely follow‑ups on client requests and escalate complex matters when required Assist in identifying cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities 2. Portfolio Support and Maintenance Support client engagement initiatives to contribute to AUM and revenue growth · Support periodic account reviews and client documentation updates in accordance with regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and review materials Assist in monitoring client portfolios and escalate matters to the Client Advisor / Supervisor when necessary Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements 3. Operational and Administrative Support Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client service delivery Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence Ensure adherence to internal processes, controls, and compliance standards Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor / Team Lead 4. Reporting and Tracking Track and provide regular updates on sales pipeline, including AUM and revenue Prepare periodic reports and presentation materials for internal and client use Job Requirements · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment · Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively • 1–3 years of experience in a financial services or client-facing role. • Familiarity with banking, private banking and wealth management related roles Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, or similar) are a plus. · Client‑centric mindset with a professional attitude · Open‑minded and adaptable to change Willingness to learn and grow within a client advisory or wealth management environment
