Key Responsibilities: Operate POS system, handle payments, and prepare eggs/beverages/toasts per SOP Prepare food and desserts according to SOP, ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety Greet and serve customers, handle feedback positively, and maintain cleanliness Manage inventory, and assist in all outlet duties Support team members and perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed Supervise staff, manage outlet operations, stock, and scheduling Requirements: Preferably with at least 1 year experience working in related industry/field Willing to handle hot food/equipment and rotate across all stations Team player with a positive attitude and good customer service mindset Able to work 6 Days work week
