Work location: Luzerne (Bendemeer) Prioritize customers - Greet every customer, treat them as your guest, serve with a smile, take initiative to approach customer and build rapport with them; Product knowledge - Understand the products so as to be able to introduce them to customers; Ensure bread and cake displays are fully stocked at opening time, as well as throughout operating hours. Ensure stock level and availability is updated on POS system. Barista duties - ensure coffee is calibrated and standards are maintained. Brew coffee/tea/milo dispensers if there are preorders. Suggestive selling and recommend promotional items to every single guest Food preparation such as heating up pastries, packing takeaway orders. May be required to support packing staff in the morning if there are a lot of orders. Maintain cleanliness & tidiness of the cafe - glass display and glass doors are wiped regularly, chairs are placed neatly, tables are cleared and wiped timely Wash dishes Sweep & mop floor Any other duties as required by the Company
