Register patients and schedule appointments for imaging services. Attend to patients' enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Verify patient details, referrals, and relevant documents before examinations. Coordinate with radiologists, radiographers, doctors, and referring clinics to ensure smooth daily operations. Prepare quotations, process payments, issue invoices, and handle insurance or corporate billing where applicable. Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry into the clinic management system. Follow up on appointments, reports, and patient requests. Handle general administrative duties, including filing, documentation, inventory, and office supplies. Supervise and guide customer service staff to maintain high service standards. Ensure compliance with clinic policies, patient confidentiality, and healthcare regulations. Perform any other duties assigned by the Operation Manager or Management.
