*Exclusive senior mandate* - Seeking a seasoned Head of Strategy and Technology Transformation (Senior Director / Managing Director) , to lead the execution of the organization’s IT strategy, Strategy Transformation, driving digital transformation. Oversee and manage large-scale technology change initiatives, system modernization programs, and provides senior leadership across cross function teams. vendor management to enable business growth and digital innovation. Responsibilities IT Strategy Execution & Transformation Driving execution of the firm's IT strategy, aligning transformation initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements. Lead teams to deliver digital transformation and modernization of systems and processes. Manage the IT Transformation Office portfolio, including prioritization of technology investments, resource allocation, and budget management. Regulatory Compliance & Governance Ensuring transformation initiatives comply with banking regulations, security standards, and risk management frameworks. Establishing governance structures for IT change management and regulatory adherence. Operational Excellence & IT Oversight Oversee IT operations to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of technology infrastructure. Strategic Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to optimize value, performance, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with business units to identify and deliver technology-driven improvements. Engage with executive leadership to report on transformation progress, risks, outcomes, and strategic opportunities. Requirements Extensive consulting background experience across Financial Services. Min. 18 years of experience in IT leadership roles within the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of driving global, regional, large-scale IT strategy transformation and digital modernization Sound program management experience in system modernization programs, and large scale technology change initiatives. Sound expertise in IT operations, enterprise architecture, and vendor management. Proven stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership and ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
