Index Data Operations Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced operations professional to manage and enhance a benchmark/index platform. Responsibilities: Manage daily benchmark/index operations, ensuring timely and accurate calculations and publication. Maintain strong data quality, controls and governance. Investigate and resolve data and operational issues. Drive automation, process improvements and platform enhancements. Partner with technology, data and business teams to deliver strategic initiatives. Support stakeholders on benchmark/index-related matters. REQUIREMENTS: 5-10 years’ experience in index, benchmark, market data or investment operations. Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products. Experience with Bloomberg, MSCI, Refinitiv, S&P, Markit or similar data providers. Python, SQL or Tableau experience is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Passion for improving processes through automation and AI.
