​As a Corporate Strategy Manager or Senior Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives that enhance our competitive position and deliver long-term value. You’ll analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional projects that drive business impact. India experience needed. ​ Key Responsibilities Develop and refine corporate strategy aligned with business objectives Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and business models Lead strategic projects from ideation through execution Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning Collaborate with business units to drive strategic initiatives and performance tracking Prepare high-impact presentations for executive leadership ​ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, in insurance with India experience.
