Senior Business Analyst - APTD

The Package Health Business Analyst will serve as the Product Owner for Package Health initiatives, focusing on requirement ownership, product backlog management, project execution, and driving the adoption of new digital solutions like MES and AI-enabled systems across all sites. This involves translating complex business needs into scalable digital solutions while balancing global standardization with site-specific requirements. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data/Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, along with 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing. Required experience includes demonstrated product ownership, project management, backlog management, and strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
