CNC Technician

*Company is specializing in plastic products. Job Description Operate CNC machines including milling (3-axis & 5-axis) and turn-mill to produce precision components according to engineering drawings Set up workpieces and ensure all parts meet specified tolerances in the printed drawings Program CNC operations using MasterCAM with efficiency and accuracy Handle complex machining profiles and high-tolerance components Design jigs and fixtures for CNC setups and QC inspections Support production schedules and ensure timely delivery of commitments Provide technical input to Sales Engineers on new parts’ quotations, machining feasibility, and procedures Contribute ideas and feedback to improve production processes Maintain 5S workplace standards and follow safety regulations Job Requirements NITEC/ Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering,Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical sketches Skilled in using quality measuring equipment and selecting appropriate tools Proficiency in MasterCAM programming is an advantage Hands-on knowledge of CNC milling and lathe machine setup and operation is highly valued. Familiarity with tool selection for machining engineering plastics 5.5days’ work week and willing to work overtime Availability for 2 months rotating day/night shift with allowance Positive attitude, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
