About this role

Key Responsibilities: Maintain the full set of accounts and ensure that accounting records are complete, accurate and up to date. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports. Prepare and submit accounting reports and financial data through the Company’s financial systems and reporting platforms. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial analysis. Compile and analyse project financial data, costs and financial performance. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, including the preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents and responses to audit queries. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, supporting documents and financial filing systems. Assist with tax-related matters, statutory reporting and other compliance requirements, where applicable. Liaise with internal departments, project teams, external auditors and other stakeholders on accounting and finance matters. Perform other finance-related duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned. Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with experience in handling a full set of accounts, preparing financial statements and handling external audit matters. Experience in the construction will be an advantage. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently. Good communication and coordination skills. Required to work with Chinese-language systems, documentation, and business communications provided by the China headquarters. Working Location: Cleantech Loop.
