WSH Coordinator

Responsibilities: Identify any unsafe condition or unsafe act which is carried out in the worksite. Recommend and assist the Occupier of the worksite to implement reasonable and practicable measures. Liaise with different departments on all safety and health matters. Conduct regular site inspections and takes appropriate corrective actions. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Regulations and other legislative requirements. Enforce all WSH requirements and in-house rules and regulations. Assist in the investigations and reporting of accidents/ incidents and recommend corrective and prevetive actions. Conduct training/ meeting/ briefing/ time-out to the workforce. Follow up on submission of SHE documents. Monitor the SHE performance in the worksite. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Certificate in Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B and/or any relevant Safety Certificates from any local approved institutions will be preferred. With at least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry such as infrastructure or building project. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment. Working at West office first and will move to Bayfront site office when ready.
