Senior Technical Officer

Responsibilities 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems. 2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in equipment and building systems. 3. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment. 4. Assist in site inspections and repair works including provide technical advice. 5. Coordinate with vendors or contractors during servicing or repair ad hoc works. 6. To manage the maintenance including Electrical, Air-con, Plumbing and Building issue. 7. Report to owner on the defect and closed back the loop when completed. 8. Manage external sub-contractor and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly. 9. Prepare monthly report and prepare quotation for minor and FM works. Requirements 1. Minimum Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Enginneering and Built Environment or related field* or equivalent; and with minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in managing buildings or facilities. OR 2. Higher Nitec/Nitec in related field* or equivalent; and with minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in managing buildings or facilities. * Related field includes M&E or Building Services Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering and Built Environment 3. Experience in educational or public sector facilities management is an added advantage. Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
